Why must I accept Cookies from gain6.com website on my web browser?
We use cookies to keep you logged in at gain6.com. If you do not accept our cookies, you will not be able to sign up or log in at gain6.com. Cookies are safe. They are just a small bit of information that is stored on your computer by the gain6.com website. This way we can recognize you when you signup and log in, and remember you (should you choose this). Other websites and programs cannot see or use the gain6.com cookies on your computer. Gain6 does not use cookies for marketing, tracking, or other purposes. See our privacy policy.
Why must I have Javascript enabled on my browser?
gain6 uses Javascript (and Ajax processing) to make your browsing experience faster and easier. "Javascript On" is a normal default browser setting. Turning it off on your browser will cause gain6 web pages to display incorrectly, and important functions will not work.
What does it mean to "give a gainer" on someone's blog?
Giving a gainer is your way of saying "Hey, I like your blog!". Blogs with the most gainers have a higher chance of getting placed on the gain6 homepage, where they gain much more exposure. So feel free to click "Giive me a gainer" when you like someone's blog. Read recent blogs here.
