What gain6 IS:
1. gain6 is a place to blog and follow friends. You can post everyday happenings just like Facebook, and follow friends just like Twitter - it's a fun combination! Find and follow friends on gain6. When your friends make a post, or comment on yours, you can be notified by email or text message. Visit your friend's blogs to see what they're up to, and make comments on their posts. Our blogs are "micro-blogs" (like posting on Facebook), not a full-blown blog application. Get your gain6 blog for just $6 per YEAR.
2. gain6 is a place to post photo albums and create Flash photo slideshows. It's so easy and fun to do. Just upload your photos and a photo album will be created for you. Select photos from your albums to create a flash photo slideshow, then click a button to post it on your gain6 blog. It's a fun and impressive way to display your latest photos for your friends to see.
3. gain6 is a place that benefits charities. When you sign up for your blog on gain6, we donate 10% to the charity you select. We currently support 6 different charities. You select the one you want to receive our donation when you sign up.
4. gain6 is a place to earn money. Once you have your gain6 blog, you can elect to participate in our free affiliate program. This program is simple. If someone signs up on your blog to buy their own gain6 blog, you earn a sales commission of 33%. In addition, when someone signs up on that person's blog, you earn another sales commission, and again, and again...for 6 layers of friends. Even though a gain6 blog costs only $6 per year, the 6 levels of sales commissions can add up to a large amount of money. This commission structure is called "muli-level marketing" and it's what companies like Mary Kay and Arbonne do to pay their sales consultants for selling their product. This is a perfectly legitimate way to market products, and people can make good money when they participate in this sales commission structure.
What gain6 IS NOT:
Although multi-level marketing uses the power of exponentiation to boost sales commissions, it is not a "pyramid scheme". A pyramid scheme is an unsustainable business model and is illegal - you put a large amount money into the scheme then convince others to do the same until the scheme collapses and the people at the bottom lose all their money.
Our blog affiliate program is free. You cannot "buy into" it and you cannot lose any money. We simply share the profit with the blog-owner when someone signs up on their gain6 blog. We pay 6-tiers of sales commissions. Since our blogs cost $6 per year, you earn the same 6-tiers of commissions every year when your people renew their blogs, which makes it a very sustainable program. Also, people can buy more than one blog at gain6, so they're not already "taken" if you ask them again about joining gain6. Many people buy a blog for personal posting, and another to raise money for their club or charity, and another for their website or business.

Ideas for using gain6:
Use gain6 to promote your business. Get a blog at gain6 for your business or website. Post news about your business such as new products, press releases, new offerings and everyday business happenings. Post links to your website and this will encourage search engines like Google to list your website higher up in search results. As you probably know, it's not e-socially acceptable to promote your business on Facebook or Twitter. At gain6 you can promote all you want in a social network setting. In addition, your blog at gain6 is public on the Internet. This means everyone in the world can read your blog - not just other members of gain6.
Use gain6 to earn money for a cause. When you feel strongly about a cause, don't you wish you could do your own fundraising to help out? At gain6 you can. Just get a gain6 blog for the cause and post stories, photos and slideshows about the cause (be sure you are authorized to do this). This will help raise public awareness. Then tell your friends about the cause's blog. Let them know that if they visit the blog and sign up there to buy their own blog for just $6, the cause will earn money. As your friends invite more friends to their own blogs, the cause continues to benefit from the 6-tiers of sales commissions. Soon, the cause will have earned a very good amount of money.
Use gain6 for your club. School sports teams, softball teams, horse-riding clubs, etc. can benefit from gain6. Get a blog for your club. Use it to keep in touch with members - everyone will be notified by email or text when you post. You can post event dates and last-minute changes. Post club news and share information. Members can post comments and questions on the blog. Participate in the free affiliate program to raise money for your club.
Use gain6 to make money by blogging. At gain6, your blog is submitted to Google and other major search engines. So when someone finds your blog by searching Google on the words you are blogging about, they can click from Google to your blog.
